Important Policies

Your support for our small business is immensely appreciated; it means everything to us. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming reservation, our salon coordinator will work with you to find the best possible date and time to accommodate this change. Please read the following information carefully prior to visiting us for your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that any cancellations or changes to your scheduled reservations be made 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. All cancellations need to be communicated directly with the salon at (219) 987-3373, through voicemail, social media direct messaging or email.

Should a last-minute cancellation occur, a 50% charge of the reserved services will be processed the day of the missed service.

Late Policy

We offer a 15 minute grace period into your reserved time. If you are over 15 minutes into your scheduled reservation it is considered a "no-show" and your card on file will be charged the 50% service fee. The service provider may have to adjust services received accordingly due to time frame.

No-Show  Policy

In the event of insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule your reservations an automatic 50% charge to your card on file of all reservations scheduled and will be processed the day of missed reservation.

Price Adjustments

Our stylists pride themselves on the ability to provide the best salon experience and care, therefor we do not issue refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 48 hours of your service. The salon owner will reach out to you personally to rectify the situation on hand. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will reschedule a reservation to make any adjustments necessary at no cost to you within a week of the initial service.
